We are holding a private event this [Date] for customers in your situation. Can I reserve you a 15-minute appraisal slot on Saturday morning or afternoon?"

Script: Unsold CRM Lead

"Hi [Name], this is [Agent] from [Dealership]. I see you were looking at a [Vehicle] a few weeks ago. We are running a special event this [Date] with pricing that is only available during the event -- some of our best deals of the year. I would love to get you on the VIP list. Do you prefer morning or afternoon?"

Notice both scripts use an either/or close ("morning or afternoon") instead of a yes/no question. This doubles your booking rate compared to "Would you like to come in?"
